Howard K Stern Arrested For Conspiracy Against Anna Nicole

IT’S ABOUT TIME!!!!!!!!

Last night Howard K. Stern was arrested and charged for allegedly conspiring to unlawfully furnish Anna Nicole Smith with drugs prior to her death.  Two doctors . . . Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich . . . have also been charged.

All three were hit with the conspiracy charge . . . for allegedly conspiring to keep Anna supplied with drugs between July 2004 and January of 2007.  Anna died in February of 2007.  All three were charged with EIGHT felonies.  The other charges all relate to the writing and obtaining of unlawful prescriptions . . . as well as “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.”

Stern and Kapoor turned themselves in yesterday for booking.  Bail was set at $20,000.  A warrant has been issued for Eroshevich, who is expected to turn herself in on Monday.  

Reportedly, The California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, has been conducting an investigation into Kapoor since 2007. He has also been under investigation by the Medical Board for his prescription practices.  Prescriptions were given to Anna Nicole under an alias, Michelle Chase. Under California law, it’s illegal to prescribe a controlled substance under a false name. The other Dr. involved, Eroshevich,  says she falsified the names on the prescriptions only to help Anna keep her privacy from the media.

Howard K. Stern has released the following statement:

“Dr. Kapoor never prescribed Anna Nicole medication in my name — and that is what the Medical Board will find out.”

Stern has denied doing anything illegal in connection with drugs and Anna Nicole.  Yeah right!!  What a &^#*!!!

PETA wrote Clooney a letter, saying that they somehow acquired a gym towel soaked in his sweat . . . and they want to make GEORGE CLOONEY FALVORED tofu out of it.  Even WEIRDER…they want to call it CLOFU!

 PETA SAYS TO CLOONEY:

“The technology actually exists to take your perspiration and make it into flavored tofu.  Of course, your fans would swoon at the idea of eating CloFu.” 

PETA’S SCIENTIST SAYS:

“… it is no different than making artificial chicken flavor for instant gravy.”

CLOONEY RESPONDS:

“As a mammal, I’m offended.”
