Heather Locklear Charged With DUI

Let’s take a trip back to memory lane…remember how AMAZING Heather looked in TJ HOOKER??? Well, compared to the mug below, things have changed a bit for the hot cop from your childhood fantasies. We all love Heather, but unfortunately she has been through some tough times. First Richie Sambora leaves her for her FRIEND who is hotter and younger, then she goes to rehab for anxiety and depression, now she could go to jail. Back in September, she was arrested for “driving erratically” in Montecito, CA. Monday she was formally charged with DUI of prescription drugs. The good news is no illegal drugs or alcohol were found in her system. She goes to court January 26 and faces penalties ranging from a fine up to 6 months behind bars.
